Our minister, Nancy Painter, is a Designated Lay Minister in the United Church of Canada, who came to LUC in 2022. Some of you may recognize her as a former member of St. Stephen’s East Delta, or from the nine years she and her family lived in Tsawwassen in the ’90s and ’00s, when they first moved to B.C. from Manitoba. She remains a prairie farmer at heart, because that’s where God first spoke to her. She asks that in a world where you can be anything, be kind.
